Our Story

Sheps Catering was established in 2015 by Ashley Shepherd driven by her passion for food and culinary expertise.

Ashley's path to starting Sheps Culinary Creations was a dream from a young age. She loved creating a variety of desserts to deliver to neighbors and friends during her youth.

Her love for food and people continued as she went to college and pursued a career as a foods teacher for junior high and high school. Shortly after teaching for a few years, Ashley had three kids under three and left teaching behind to be at home. Her itch for creating beautiful food and connecting people continued to grow. Close family and friends started calling on Ashley to provide food for their special events. One event led to another and Sheps was created in a small commercial kitchen to the side of her home.

Sheps continues today with Ashley's partners Brad and Natalie Mabey and operates in a large commercial kitchen inside River Bridge Event Center. With amazing staff doing what Sheps was designed to do.
