Per Person Price: This charge covers the food you have ordered and high-quality disposables. The type of disposables will depend on the desired menu. China place settings are available upon request as an upgrade. Pricing is subject to change based on current food costs.
Event Staffing: This fee is 20% of your total catering bill and ensures a stress-free experience for you and your guests. We bring all the serving pieces for the buffet, set up the buffet, replenish the food, bus the tables, clean up, and take out the garbage.
Utah Prepared Food Sales Tax: 8.25% will be applied to the overall cost.
Credit Card Processing Fee: If you choose to pay via credit card, a 3% processing fee will be added to your total catering bill. If you choose not to pay with a credit card, we also accept Venmo and check as a form of payment.
Gratuity: China Events, Large Group Events, and certain venues will have a mandatory gratuity added to the invoice. With other events, a gratuity is optional, however, it is greatly appreciated by our staff! A suggested 10-15% of your total cost is a great tip.
Booking requirements: A signed contract and a deposit of 25% are required to book your day.
Final Payment: The invoice is to be paid 30 days prior to your event date.
